Blinded by fear
A starlight covenant that only exists in the skies, unreacheable and untoucheable, yet still so near and visible - the irony of imortality in abstract items of human wander. If we were to travel up in a spaceship, we would merely be one step closer to satisfying our own dissapointment - that we can never reach them. But believe it or not, the phantoms of our lives and beliefs, they can all be used to polish us with something so wonderful we would give up our lives just to see it happen - hope. The essense of a glistening tree in the midst of badlands that give way to toxic marshes and creatures of insidious, vicious natures, describes the most perfect of realms that prey on the our dissapointment. However, instead of instilling the sense of fear and dread, it provides a crack in that hardened shell of misery that envelopes those living in demise. Just a imagine a tree on fire: it burns down within minutes. But a tree on fire that burns eternal, is a flaming spirit of hope that would incite wonder into the hearts of even those born to morbidity. Alas, something once seen as terror and fright, is just as similar to anything else - it has both it's good and evil. Maybe we're just missing out on the bright side of it - blinded by fear.
