Drinks which should be world famous...
On the weird drinks arena:
1) Micheal Jackson
I only knew about this drink when i came to KL. In melaka, there's no such thing. Well, there is such a thing, but you just don't call it that way. This drink, is actually, soya bean + cincau, which is...soya cincau? Actually i don't know the official name for it. Is there even an official name for it? I thought that it was just a street name for the drink, but then i had a family dinner yesterday at Sunway Pyramid, and there's this Vietnamese restaurant that has this drink.
2) Durian Milk Shake
Err...i can eat durians, but i can't contemplate the fact of drinking durian juice, or milk shake. Does it even have any juice in the first place? Or you try and squeeze all that...fatty-paste out of the fruit, yuck!!!
On the wrong order list:
1) Teh O' Ais Limau...Panas!
For those who don't understand, this means: Ice Lemon Tea..Hot. I think i've mentioned it before. It was my friend who ordered this drink when he was all blurry and groggy from staying up too late. The waiter spent 20 minutes trying to figure it out, and in the end resigned to asking him again.
2) Ais kosong...tak mau gula.
This means ice water, no sugar please! Guess who ordered this drink. My mum!
