if you are there
somewhere inside
wherever you are
give me a sign
let me know of you
at least, let me greet you
because today i saw you
as i awoke from sleep
with a shock and a headache
flashes overcame me
i felt i was in another world
somewhere locked away
with people doing things to me
like i was another person
i knew nothing of the real world
in that moment
that fantasy became reality
such a shocking revelation
gave me an inkling
a sight of you
where are you
because i know you
and i'm sure that you know me
reach for me
and i'll do the same
deep inside, climbing up
wanting to come outside
where are you?
