Buffets and food...
Food..food..food...
buffet!
Woah..what's a buffet?
Somewhere where you can eat and eat and eat and...EAT. Well, at least until your tummy is filled to the brim of your throat. Impossible, but who cares.
What is binging? o.0 it occurred to be in awkwardly as i was contemplating how much i would be putting on from that "little" food fiesta which i had just now at Le Meridian hotel, which is somewhere near KL sentral...with an awfully confusing route and more than many confusing signboards to lead you on a heart-racing-but-frantic-wonder-of-am-i-going-in-the-right-way-when-you-actually-are-but-you-just-do-not-know kind of thing. So imagine the trouble of getting there...
There was this study that was conducted in the UK which implied that snaking is actually causing obesity to rise among the Chinese population throughout the world. It struck me that i was actually at a buffet and...when you go to a buffet all you think about is getting enough food to be worth the money you are paying!
Then..actually this could be a cause that leads to obesity. Why? There are so many other places where you can can a filling meal for under rm10 but Le Meridian and many, many other places offer buffet meals on the count of per head at a rate of rm80++. Woah, that's a lot of expected food intake to fill up. So, i think i went for like 4 rounds of food and 2 rounds of desert....I THINK.
But that's already a huge amount of food to take in. So, in a way this marketing strategy that restaurants and diners have come up with is contributing to the rise in obesity, especially in the city, i would say. Why? Exercise is good for you, but...i got no time la..too much work to do la...later la..and so on. In the end, no exercise...
Food? Hungry..must eat..lunch..breakfast...dinner...wa very hungry o...eat more..order Mc D, very convenient...tapau la...eat more la..not good to go on an empty stomach...
NOT GOOD TO EAT TOO MUCH EITHER...
So How?
GO DIET LA! (Then you can go binge later)
But isn't that like binge eating already? (super "healthy" wor...)
